We charge a flat rate of $75 per hour, and most repairs are completed within one to two hours, so the majority of our customers pay between $75 and $150. More complex repairs, such as data recovery or extensive hardware work, may take longer. We offer free basic in-shop diagnostics, so you'll always have a clear estimate before any work begins, no surprises. To receive the free diagnostic, just let us know before we start any work — it applies to computers dropped off at our shop and does not apply to on-site service calls.
We like to get your computer back up and running as quickly as possible. Our goal is to provide same-day repair service for most issues, but it may take up to two (2) days for more complicated repairs. Rest assured, we will strive to get your computer up and running as quickly as possible.

This depends on the age of the computer and the nature of the problem. A computer that's "slow" due to a virus, too little RAM, or a traditional spinning hard drive is often completely revivable with repairs costing well under $200 — far less than a new machine. We'll always give you an honest recommendation. If a repair doesn't make economic sense, we'll tell you that too.
