Free Basic In-Shop Diagnostic Policy

We offer a free basic in-shop diagnostic on computers dropped off at our shop. To receive it at no charge, you must let us know before any work begins that you'd like the free basic in-shop diagnostic. If troubleshooting or repair work has already started, or was requested and performed without that heads-up, standard diagnostic and labor rates apply. This offer is for in-shop drop-offs only and does not extend to on-site service calls.
